President, Howard Energy Mexico
Brandon Seale serves as president of Howard Energy Mexico, where he leads the company's efforts across the border. Howard Energy has sold gas to Mexico since 2011 and provides terminaling services for PMI Comercio Internacional in the Port of Brownsville. The company's Nueva Era natural gas pipeline project was recently awarded a 25-year, 504 MMCFD natural gas transportation contract by the Mexican Comision Federal de Electricidad. Additionally, the recently-announced Dos Aguilas refined products pipeline is expected to be the first private products pipeline in Mexico. Prior to Howard Energy, Seale served as CEO for Zaragoza Resources, a South Texas exploration and production company that drilled and acquired seven wells, leased over 35,806 acres, and sold its production in 2013. He was also the founder and general manager for SolarTex, LLC, a green energy company which he sold in 2008. Seale earned his B.A. from Washington & Lee University and his J.D. and MBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin where he was co-founder and editor-in-chief of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law.
